Initial consultation

Once you get in touch with us, we will schedule an initial consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and the scope of your project. During this meeting, we’ll gather key information such as inspiration images, space requirements, storage needs, aesthetic preferences, and many more. This lays the foundation to helps us understand your priorities and how you use your space, which then guides our future design.

Proposal & contract documents

Before we begin any work, all necessary agreements and documents must be in place. This includes a signed cost proposal, a general project timeline, and a subcontractor agreement if applicable. This step helps us align expectations, define responsibilities, and ensure all parties have a clear understanding of the project scope before production begins.

While we aim to accommodate your desired schedule, the fabrication timeline will depend on full and final design approvals. This happens at a later step.

Design, sign-offs & approvals

This step is where a lot of the magic happens. We develop detailed shop drawings that outline exact measurements, construction methods, and installation requirements. You’ll also receive finish samples, material swatches, and mock-ups as needed to support confident decision-making.

Timely client input is essential—finalizing selections like fixtures and hardware helps us stay on schedule. While revisions are part of the process, frequent design changes or slow approvals can affect timelines. Our goal is to collaborate closely with you to ensure every detail is thoughtfully approved before fabrication begins.

FABRICATION

Once all approvals and sign-offs are finalized, we will begin the production and fabrication of your custom millwork, doors, or cabinetry. Each project is unique, therefore lead times vary depending on the scale, complexity, and scope of work. Throughout this phase, we prioritize clear and transparent communication—keeping you informed with regular progress updates and providing an estimated delivery timeline.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

At this stage, your cabinets are complete and ready for delivery. Freestanding pieces, such as dressers and side tables, arrive fully assembled and don’t require additional installation. Larger assemblies, like walk-in closets and kitchen cabinets, will be installed on-site by our team.

The site must be ready: finishes should be complete, utilities roughed in, and the area clear of debris. This allows our team to work smoothly and efficiently, ensuring the final result reflects the quality and precision of the entire process.
