When do you provide proposals?
Proposals are issued once the scope and drawings are sufficiently defined. When design intent is still evolving, we can provide preliminary budget ranges.
Do you offer value engineering?
Yes. We can propose alternative materials, construction methods, or design adjustments to meet budget objectives while preserving the integrity of the design.
How do you handle scope changes?
All changes are documented, priced, and approved in writing before proceeding. This ensures transparency and alignment on both budget and timeline.

What is your payment schedule?
Our standard schedule for mid- to large-size projects is 30/30/30/10:
30% Deposit
30% Pre-production
30% Pre-delivery
10% Final payment upon installation completion
