Project Coordination: Communication & Experience
Communication & Updates
How do you communicate during the project?
We provide clear, organized communication through email, scheduled updates, submittal logs, and regular site visits + phone calls. Urgency, clarity, and alignment are our priorities.
Who will be my main point of contact?
You’ll work directly with a project coordinator who oversees communications, schedules, submittals, and the day-to-day project flow.
How often will I receive updates?
We provide updates as needed throughout the project, so you’re always aware of any important developments. You’ll be informed promptly about approvals, revisions, and milestones—nothing is left to guesswork. Our goal is to keep you fully aligned without overwhelming you with unnecessary details.
Collaboration & Problem Solving
What happens if there’s a miscommunication on-site?
We take proactive steps to prevent miscommunications by keeping clear records, tracking submittals, and coordinating closely with designers, contractors, and homeowners. If an issue arises, we work collaboratively with all parties to maintain the design intent while developing a practical solution that keeps the project moving forward.
Can changes or requests be implemented without delaying the project?
It depends on the scope of the change and the phase of the project. Smaller adjustments can often be incorporated without impact, but changes made later in fabrication or installation may affect the schedule. Early input is always best to ensure changes are feasible and minimize delays.
